Yoga for Absolute Beginners
If you have never tried yoga before (or very little), join us to learn the basic poses at an easy pace. Practice each pose and determine what works best for your body type. Includes modifications for students with injuries or other limitations as well as reflective time for breathwork and meditation. Yoga can increase muscle strength, improve circulation and flexibility, promote joint health, and reduce stress.
LACIE JOHNSON received her 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate through MN Integrative Yoga Therapy Institute. She is also a licensed independent clinical social worker. Lacie brings her educational background and her yoga experience to support others on their journey towards health and wellness.
