Yoga for Absolute Beginners (Online)

If you have never tried yoga before (or very little), join us to learn the basic poses at an easy pace. Practice each pose and determine what works best for your body type. Includes modifications for students with injuries or other limitations as well as reflective time for breathwork and meditation. Yoga can increase muscle strength, improve circulation and flexibility, promote joint health, and reduce stress. Please bring a strap, block, and mat to class.
Registration fees are not being taken at this time unless you will be using account credits from previously cancelled classes. To use your account credits please use the payment method "register with account credits" and payment will be taken immediately. For "register now, pay later" your credit card will be billed 3 days prior to the class start date. You will be notified if this class is cancelled.
