Creative De-Escalation for Kids with Anxiety
Adult Classes and Activities / Raise Great Kids -
When kids get anxious, it can show up in lots of different ways. Sometimes a full-blown freak out, or other times isolation and quietness. This can be hard for parents to navigate, and can even cause them to get dysregulated, too! If you’re looking for a “toolkit” of interventions for when your kids are having those big anxious feelings, this class is for you! The course focuses on helping kids in elementary school but may be used for kids younger and older, or adults too.
Registration fees are not being taken at this time unless you will be using account credits from previously cancelled classes. To use your account credits please use the payment method "register with account credits" and payment will be taken immediately. For "register now, pay later" your credit card will be billed 3 days prior to the class start date. You will be notified if this class is cancelled.

With that in mind, they have continued to grow and expand to working with schools, businesses, and government agencies to help spread their mission of bettering the lives of everyday families by creating and delivering innovative and customized wellness solutions.
