Tabata - Interval Training

Tabata is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results quickly. Four minute sequences are broken into 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest.

There may be times when this class is offered earlier and recorded to be shared with those who are not able to attend, so that class will not have to be cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.

T SALMONSON holds certifications through NETA in personal training and group fitness instruction. Experienced in teaching Tabata, Arms and Abs, Chisel and Boot Camp, she believes that exercise should be fun! T has many modifications for the beginners and challenges for those who are more advanced. Classes taught by T will be challenging but doable. Time will fly by. Participants cheer each other on while exercising and reducing stress. Laughter happens during t’s classes. T’s classes are judgment free and welcoming to all.
