Carol DeBlieck
Carol DeBlieck has been interested in exercise and running for the past 40 - 45 years. She started running in 1982 and had found it to be an excellent mental and physical workout. Prior to running, she was an Aerobic Dance instructor for Community Education in Bemidji,MN.
She started running as a way to lose weight after having children and found that it was easier and more fun than she thought it would be. She has run a few marathons and several shorter races in her years of running; but her goal now is to simply run, make new friends, and encourage the sport!
Angel Glass
Angel Glass began running in 2013 to lose weight, increase her fitness level, and meet some new people. She has come to enjoy running and the friendships she has made because of it. She enjoys running races for fun, to challenge herself, and because running is such a great individualized sport that you can also do with others!
