In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the time-honored art of creating pasta from scratch. Instructor Mimi will teach you how to throw together the perfect pasta dough as well as roll and slice it into noodles. You'll also learn how to make a red tomato sauce & creamy Alfredo sauce to smother your freshly made noodles.
Pair it with a fresh seasonal garden salad to balance out the meal. Bring additional $20 food fee payable to the instructor during class. Please note dietary restrictions when registering.

Her extensive experience encompasses teaching cooking in Community Education programs in Minnesota and conducting cooking workshops across the Midwest and Southwest.
