The Feldenkrais Method (R) utilizes the extraordinary power of the brain and nervous system to quickly improve functioning and comfort! You will be verbally guided through a sequence of movements. Enjoy improved posture, flexibility, relief from tension, reduced pain and stress; and explore easy-to-do sequences which can improve every area of the body. This class is a 6 session class. Feb. 7th is a "Try It Free" night for new people, so we've discounted that date for you too!

MAGGIE VOGEL-MARTIN has studied the Feldenkrais Method since 2009 and became a guild certified Feldenkrais instructor in 2013. She has taught ATM classes in the twin cities since 2011 and maintains a private practice in Forest Lake, in the Feldenkrais individual work of Functional Integration. She is also research scientist for 3M and graduated from the University of Illinois with advanced degrees in Mathematics and Engineering.
