All aspects of volleyball are taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, spiking, blocking and serving. This co-ed program is designed for beginning and intermediate players. Participants will learn all skills and aspects of the game: passing, setting, hitting, serving, blocking, offense, defense, game play. Positions, basic movements and attitudes on the playing field. Beginning of basic fundamentals: services, high volleys, low volleys and spikes. Socio-recreational games.
