TGA Premier Junior Golf/Tennis Camp TGA Sports Camps offer an unforgettable experience for your child by combining expert instruction and exciting activities that keep students engaged all day. With a low camper to instructor ratio and group pairings by age and skill, TGA camps provide ample individual attention and proper instruction for your child.     Skyhawks Beginning Golf Camp Skyhawks Golf focuses on building the confidence of young athletes through proper technique and refining the essential skills of the game. Golf is a challenging and lifelong sport, so young athletes need proper focus on the fundamentals of form, swinging, putting, and body positioning. To assist in this training, Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) system to its curriculum. SNAG is specifically designed for the entry-level player; SNAG simplifies instruction so that young players can make an easy and effective transition onto the golf course. No need to bring your own clubs, all equipment is provided. We keep the instructor-to-camper ratio for this program very low, resulting in limited availability. We include sport skill development, rules and etiquette lessons, physical activity, and a steam component that examines the concepts through the lens of the sport.   • Golf Intro for Adults & Teens 15+

    Join us to learn the game of golf in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. This clinic is designed for the novice or person completely new to the game of golf. Practice some of the basics indoors so you can enjoy this wonderful game with your sons, daughters or parents for a lifetime. Practice Putting & Chipping, Half Swing and L-Swing with Irons, and Full Swing with Fairway Clubs and Drivers. Along with swing mechanics, each week will include rules & etiquette, along with the mental game so that you feel confident to play out on the course. These group lessons will be divided by skill level so that everyone will get personal attention with the same amount of fun!
  • Munsinger Clemens Gardens & Stearns County History Museum - Adult Day Trip

    Visit the prestigious and nationally renowned Munsinger and Clemens Gardens nestled along the shores of the Mississippi River in St. Cloud, MN that attract visitors from all over the world. The Virginia Clemens Rose Garden features a series of gardens reminiscent of European gardens. Stroll among the beautiful colors and inhale the garden fragrances.This is a self-guided tour that will require some walking so wear comfortable footwear. Included is lunch at the Coyote Moon Grille overlooking the Territory Golf club in St. Cloud. Menu: Entree, popover, salad, side dish, beverage and dessert. After lunch, take a guided tour through the Stearns County History Museum to explore the county's diverse heritage with connections to the past, perspective on the present and inspiration for the future. They educate, entertain, and inspire participants. After the guided tour you'll have time to explore the two floors of the gallery space at your own pace. Plan to board the luxury motor coach at the District Program Center in Cottage Grove at 7:45 a.m. for departure by 8:00 a.m. Bus returns by approx. 4:30 p.m. Registration deadline is Monday, July 1st.
