Stress Management - for teens only:Your days are pressure-packed with many demands and high expectations.You can get stressed out and anxious while taking care of school work and friendships, but you don’t take care of yourself.In this session, you will learn about your body’s response to stress and how it impacts you.Learn self-care practices to use daily so that you can find calm and learn to just “be.”There will time for discussion and questions.
