    Membership is for the 2019 calendar year. Community Center is closed on major holidays, one week in the summer and over the winter holidays.
  • Grand Marais and North Shore Tour

    Day 1:Coffee and rolls at Tobies Restaurant in Hinkley and lunch at the Rustic Inn in Two Harbors. Gondola ride at Lutsen Mountain to enjoy the view of the Sawtooth Mountains, Lake Superior’s dramatic coastline and the surrounding area.Lodging will be at the Best Western Superior Inn in Grand Marais.Day 2:Breakfast at hotel.Travel to the Grand Portage National Monument Heritage Center.Lunch will be at Naniboujou Lodge.Enjoy the late afternoon in Grand Marais.Take time to shop and stroll along the waterfront.There will also be several restaurants for you to choose from for your dinner.Day 3:Breakfast at hotel.Travel to the Split Rock Lighthouse for a guided tour.Stop at Gooseberry Falls Visitors Center to view the falls.Late lunch in Duluth before heading home.

    Three love stories, a murder mystery and a nuclear espionage plot converge in this comedy about marriage and other explosive devices.  It's 1952:  America's on the verge of the H-bomb.  Eisenhower's on the campaign trail and Senator Joe McCarthy's daughter just got engaged to a Soviet spy.  A shart-e3yed look at love and typing (and untying) the knot.  
  • St. Croix Winery Tour

    We will be visiting three beautiful vineyards.Our first stop will be at St. Croix Winery Store in Stillwater.You will have the opportunity to purchase local wines, grown and vinted at the orchard.The orchard is adjacent to Aamodt’s Apple Farm.You can purchase apples and many apple products in their nostalgic apple barn.Lunch will be at the Lowell Inn, Menu:Chicken ala King – Tender pieces of chicken, mushrooms, red and green peppers in a sherry cream sauce served over a puff pastry shell, mashed potatoes, vegetable, beverage and a small dessert.After lunch we will go to the Northern Vineyards.Established in 1977 and is one of the first wineries in Minnesota.You will have the opportunity to purchase wines and other special gifts.We will travel onto Chateau St. Croix Winery in the St. Croix River Valley.We will tour the winery production area and barrel room.You will also have the opportunity to purchase wine and gifts in their gift shop.
  • Trolley Tour of Rochester

    Board a vintage trolley for a narrated tour of Rochester.The open-air vehicles give you an up close view of public parks, gardens and private homes.You will be delighted by hidden scenic and cultural gems along the route.After the tour we will travel and Mantorville, a tiny village that was once a booming community that was bypassed by the railroad.Have lunch at the historic Hubbell House.Choose from Roast Beef or Hubble Baked Chicken served with salad, starch, vegetable, rolls, butter, beverage and sherbert.Must indicate meat choice at time of registration.After lunch we will visit a couple privately owned stores.
