    This restorative yoga and sound healing course offers a gentle, supportive space for participants to slow down, release tension, and deeply rest. Each session begins with a brief period of optional, simple, floor-based movement and guided breathing to help the body settle. Participants then move into longer-held restorative yoga postures while experiencing live sound healing using singing bowls. Those who prefer to simply rest and receive the sound bath are welcome to do so. The combination of prolonged, supported postures and sound vibration supports relaxation of the nervous system and may help ease long-held muscular and fascial tension. This practice emphasizes comfort, ease, and accessibility rather than effort or stretching. This course is appropriate for all levels and does not require prior yoga or sound healing experience. Chairs and modifications are available. Participants are encouraged to bring props such as bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows to enhance comfort, and to listen to their bodies and rest as needed throughout each session. Participants can expect to leave each session feeling more settled, grounded, and supported in their capacity for rest.
