    This program is offered to any middle school-aged athlete looking to gain a competitive edge on their opponents! Meeting twice a week and led by Coach Colvard, East Ridge High School's Head Strength & Performance Coach, this program will develop athletes' speed, power, strength, mobility, agility, and conditioning.     Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized program that offers a high energy, fun and age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer.   • Spring Young Kids Camp

    Students K-2 will be offered their favorite games and activities. Each session will run for 50 minutes after school. This camp is unique from the many others in that it is an activity camp geared toward younger children. The many games and activities are modified and selected to be appropriate for the younger participant and their skill level. The camp is organized and supervised by a 32 year veteran PE teacher.     CHEM Athletics - Character, Hand, Eye, Mind Camp for Beginner and Intermediate Tennis

    CHEM Athletics provides tennis lessons that increase hand-eye coordination while placing an emphasis on character development. Family Day will be the last day of class. Weekly awards will also be given each week. Coach Scott is an ex-tennis professional who played at the highest level of the sport. CHEM stands for Character, Hand, Eye and Mind Youth learn the STARS concept which stands for Safety, Teamwork, Attitude, Responsibility and Sportsmanship.     Happy Feet is the premier early soccer development program, using imaginative play and play-to-learn concepts to teach real deceptive dribbling skills on the move.   • Raptor Speed and Strength Summer Program

    In partnership with Training HAUS, Raptor Speed and Strength is designed to take every athlete to the next level! RSS is a comprehensive training program led by Coach Colvard, a 10-year veteran of the field with experience at two Division 1 universities and who has worked with athletes ranging from youth to professionals. Utilizing elite training methodologies, athletes will train in the weight room to increase strength, power, and physical resiliency, and on the turf to improve speed, agility, and conditioning. In addition, a Registered Sports Dietitian will be on site twice over the summer to discuss sports nutrition topics and answer questions the athletes may have! Camp will not meet June 19 or July 1-5. Participants will receive a t-shirt. On the first day, please report to the location specified on your registration. Athletic clothes and appropriate footwear are required (cleats are recommended for turf days but not required); personal water bottles are highly recommended.
