Designed for one adult and one child, ages 6 to 15. Restaurant-quality egg rolls and samosas can be made right in your own kitchen. These appetizers are jam-packed with flavors from around the world and can be a quick way to incorporate leftovers into something new and fun to eat. Make a variety of egg rolls, samosas and dipping sauces in class.
$20 food costs are included in the class fee. Please note dietary restrictions when registering.
Mimi is a dynamic culinary teacher with a deep passion for gastronomy, especially Ethiopian and Eritrean dishes. Her extensive experience encompasses teaching cooking in Community Education programs in Minnesota and conducting cooking workshops across the Midwest and Southwest. Mimi's culinary skills are diverse, covering a range of cuisines from Mediterranean and Asian to Southern styles.
