If you have always wanted to try yoga or just refresh your practice, this is the class for you! Join us to learn basic yoga principles and fundamental asanas (poses) in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Every body type and all ability levels are welcome. Modifications will be provided for anyone with injuries or other limitations. Yoga increases muscle strength, improves circulation and flexibility, promotes joint health, and reduces stress. Please bring a mat and towel to class, as well as a block and strap if you have them (but not necessary). Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
