Handmade Pasta with Red and Cream Sauces - Adult/Child

Designed for one adult and one child, ages 6 to 15. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the time-honored art of creating pasta from scratch. Instructor Mimi will teach you how to throw together the perfect pasta dough as well as roll and slice it into noodles. You'll also learn how to make a red tomato sauce & creamy Alfredo sauce to smother your freshly made noodles.

Pair it with a fresh seasonal garden salad to balance out the meal. $20 food costs are included in your class fee. Please note dietary restrictions when registering. Fee is for one child and one adult. Please register the adult only.

Mimi Selam Asfaha

Mimi is a dynamic culinary teacher with a deep passion for gastronomy, especially Ethiopian and Eritrean dishes. Her extensive experience encompasses teaching cooking in Community Education programs in Minnesota and conducting cooking workshops across the Midwest and Southwest. Mimi's culinary skills are diverse, covering a range of cuisines from Mediterranean and Asian to Southern styles.
