Camp Grades 6-12

Summer training program focusing on helping athletes get faster, stronger, more athletic, and more confident inside and outside of sports. Kids will train speed & agility, strength, conditioning, movement, and other physical qualities. Sessions will consist of a warmup, sprints, jumps, and lifting. The program will meet each kid where they are and progress as they do, focusing on long-term athletic development. They will learn that movement and exercise are fun and an important part of a healthy lifestyle. No class the week of July 6-10, 2026.
