Hastings Rivertown Fishing and Boating serves seniors, veterans and those with disabilities through fishing and boating excursions. Once you register, information on where to meet will be provided. Trip is only available to the first 10 people! Register today. Go to sowashco.ce.eleyo.com or call 651-425-6605. All life jackets and fishing supplies are provided. This year if you fish, you do not need to get a Minnesota fishing license. There is a blanket license that will cover us. (You may also choose not to fish but simply enjoy the ride!) Note: this is for age 50+ only. No children or teens, please.

Treasure Island Casino & The Ozark Jubilee Branson Country Christmas Banquet Lunch & Show - Adult Day Trip

Back by popular demand! Join us for a fun day at Treasure Island Casino for a delicious Thanksgiving-style lunch and an amazing show direct from Branson to Treasure Island Casinno. The OZARK JUBILEE! We will arrive early to the casino before lunch so you can spend some time on the casino floor if you choose or just take a stroll, get a drink or people watch. The OZARK JUBILEE features an all star cast of Branson’s top entertainers presenting, “An all new Christmas Show”, with new music, new jokes, but the same, world class talent that you have come to expect! OZARK JUBILEE will be honoring and paying tribute to our Veterans, and thanking them for their special service. The Jubilee features Branson’s funniest comedian and world class fiddler DOOFUS DOOLITTLE! If you like country music, Christmas music and good clean family entertainment, you’ll want to register with all your friends to see the OZARK JUBILEE to bring a little of Branson to you! The second half includes a variety of Christmas music. From traditional standards you'll remember such as Silent Night, White Christmas, and many more to some more contemporary Christmas selections. Take luxury coach transportation from the District Program Center, have lunch in the ballroom at Treasure Island Event Center and a fantastic afternoon of entertainment. Doors to the Ball room will open approximately 11am with lunch served at noon. We ask you to cash out before lunch or during the clearing break between lunch and the show so you will be ready to load the bus once the show is done. Activity level difficulty: low/medium-some indoor self-paced walking required to get through the Casino to the Banquet room from the bus. Canes, walkers, wheelchairs welcome (storage room available under bus). Time before lunch to spend walking around the casino floor to play if you choose. Contact Angela with any questions 651-425-6668. We will meet at the District Program Center(by Applebee's) at 8:45am to depart by 9:00a.m. Bus returns approximately 4-4:30 p.m. to the DPC. The registration deadline is Friday, October 31st. A minimum of 30 people is needed for the trip to go. MN Largest Candy Store & Ferguson's Apple Orchard - Adult Day Trip

Come enjoy the fresh air at Fergusons Orchards in Jordan, MN. A brief overview will be given of what they do at Fergusons Orchards and their history. At the end, visitors will be able to enjoy a fresh donut and a cup of coffee or apple cider. Enjoy shopping in their gift shop and pick up a few presents before we head to Minnesota's Largest Candy Store! Indulge your sweet tooth and your senses as we wander aisles of candy that would make even Willy Wonka jealous! Enjoy lunch at The Feed Mill restaurant(included) before heading home. Activity level: Low/med: Self-paced walking in the candy store and just a little outdoor walking to our presentation location at the Apple Orchard. Reservation deadline is Monday, August 25, 2025. Plan to arrive ready to board the bus at the District Program Center at 7:45 a.m. for a 8:00 a.m. departure. You will return at approx. 3:15 p.m. to Cottage Grove District Program Center. Questions? Irving Berlin's "White Christmas" Musical at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater - Adult Day Trip

Back by popular demand. Register early as this show will fill quickly! Get in the holiday spirit by joining us for this fun musical by Irving Berlin. "White Christmas" which is a classic! Veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis have a successful song-and-dance act after World War II. With romance in mind, the two follow a duo of beautiful singing sisters en route to their Christmas show at a Vermont lodge, which just happens to be owned by Bob and Phil’s former army commander. With a dazzling score featuring well-known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love A Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and the perennial title song, White Christmas" is an uplifting musical sure to bring delight. Fee includes: Coach bus transportation, choice of several delicious standard lunch entrees, rolls and butter, coffee, tea, water or milk and tax, tip and show. There will be an option to open your own tab for additional appetizers, soft/drinks, alcoholic drinks, dessert or to upgrade your entree. Vegetarian & Gluten Free options available. Registration deadline: Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Plan to be at the District Program Center by 10:15 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. departure. We will return to the District Program Center by approximately 4:30-4:45 p.m. Trip based on a minimum of 30 people for the bus. A full refund will be issued in the event it does not fill. If full, add yourself to the waiting list and we will call you if there is a cancellation to see if you want to go. Activity level difficulty: low. A few steps required in the theater(approx 3-4 each level with handrail) Please call Angela at 651-425-6668 before booking if you cannot do steps. Bus will also have a couple steps. We will try to place you at a table with minimum steps to get to. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a wheelchair so we can make special accommodations.

Italian Lunch St. Croix Riverboat Cruise & Hudson Antique Mall/Downtown Shopping - Adult Day Trip

Enjoy an afternoon cruise 11:30am-1:30pm on the scenic St. Croix River along with a delicious Italian lunch buffet prepared by Afton House restaurant. Water included with the buffet. There will be a cash bar open if you would like to purchase other beverages. Credit Cards Accepted for Cash Bar – No Checks. After our cruise we will have 2 hours of free time to visit the Abigail Paige antique mall (approximately a 2-5 minute walk .2 miles), indulge your sweet tooth at Knoke Chocolates & Ice Cream and/or take a stroll along the river or pedestrian bridge(Bridge to no where) at the beautiful Lakefront park. We will meet back and board the bus at 3:45 pm for a 4 pm departure to head back to Cottage Grove. Reservation deadline is Friday, July 25, 2025. Plan to arrive ready to board the bus at the District Program Center at 9:30 a.m. for a 9:45 a.m. departure. You will return at approx. 4:30 p.m. to Cottage Grove District Program Center. Questions? We are also within short walking distance of Lakefront park if you prefer to relax and enjoy some nature or go on a walk before the bus picks us up. You can choose how much and far you want to walk.
