  • Irving Berlin's "White Christmas" Musical at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater - Adult Day Trip

    Back by popular demand. Register early as this show will fill quickly! Get in the holiday spirit by joining us for this fun musical by Irving Berlin. "White Christmas" which is a classic! Veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis have a successful song-and-dance act after World War II. With romance in mind, the two follow a duo of beautiful singing sisters en route to their Christmas show at a Vermont lodge, which just happens to be owned by Bob and Phil’s former army commander. With a dazzling score featuring well-known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love A Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and the perennial title song, White Christmas" is an uplifting musical sure to bring delight. Fee includes: Coach bus transportation, choice of several delicious standard lunch entrees, rolls and butter, coffee, tea, water or milk and tax, tip and show. There will be an option to open your own tab for additional appetizers, soft/drinks, alcoholic drinks, dessert or to upgrade your entree. Vegetarian & Gluten Free options available. Registration deadline: Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Plan to be at the District Program Center by 10:15 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. departure. We will return to the District Program Center by approximately 4:30-4:45 p.m. Trip based on a minimum of 30 people for the bus. A full refund will be issued in the event it does not fill. If full, add yourself to the waiting list and we will call you if there is a cancellation to see if you want to go. Activity level difficulty: low. A few steps required in the theater(approx 3-4 each level with handrail) Please call Angela at 651-425-6668 before booking if you cannot do steps. Bus will also have a couple steps. We will try to place you at a table with minimum steps to get to. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a wheelchair so we can make special accommodations.
  • Treasure Island Casino & The Ozark Jubilee Branson Country Christmas Banquet Lunch & Show - Adult Day Trip

    Back by popular demand! Join us for a fun day at Treasure Island Casino for a delicious Thanksgiving-style lunch and an amazing show direct from Branson to Treasure Island Casinno. The OZARK JUBILEE! We will arrive early to the casino before lunch so you can spend some time on the casino floor if you choose or just take a stroll, get a drink or people watch. The OZARK JUBILEE features an all star cast of Branson’s top entertainers presenting, “An all new Christmas Show”, with new music, new jokes, but the same, world class talent that you have come to expect! OZARK JUBILEE will be honoring and paying tribute to our Veterans, and thanking them for their special service. The Jubilee features Branson’s funniest comedian and world class fiddler DOOFUS DOOLITTLE! If you like country music, Christmas music and good clean family entertainment, you’ll want to register with all your friends to see the OZARK JUBILEE to bring a little of Branson to you! The second half includes a variety of Christmas music. From traditional standards you'll remember such as Silent Night, White Christmas, and many more to some more contemporary Christmas selections. Take luxury coach transportation from the District Program Center, have lunch in the ballroom at Treasure Island Event Center and a fantastic afternoon of entertainment. Doors to the Ball room will open approximately 11am with lunch served at noon. We ask you to cash out before lunch or during the clearing break between lunch and the show so you will be ready to load the bus once the show is done. Activity level difficulty: low/medium-some indoor self-paced walking required to get through the Casino to the Banquet room from the bus. Canes, walkers, wheelchairs welcome (storage room available under bus). Time before lunch to spend walking around the casino floor to play if you choose. The registration deadline is Friday, October 31st. A minimum of 30 people is needed for the trip to go. A full refund will be automatically credited if trip does not fill and each participant notified.
