Pilates focuses on strengthening and lengthening muscles while improving coordination, balance, and posture through a series of full-body exercises. It can be modified to work with all fitness levels.

Annie Thompson

Annie Thompson has taught pilates for over 15 years. She actually took her first pilates class in a Community Education program almost 20 years ago! She fell in love with the exercise and after a few years of taking classes, she decided to teach it and share the benefits with others.
