Prepare Your Own Will

Adult Classes and Activities / Manage Money -
Spring 2024

Who will be the guardian of your minor children if you die? Who will serve as your Personal Representative and who do you wish to inherit your property? Without a Will, the laws of the State of Minnesota and a Probate Court judge make those decisions. Whether married, single or divorced, a Will can ensure that your wishes are carried out. Prepare a complete legal Will during class. Receive instructions, a professionally prepared document, and a notary public – everything you need. The Will is for individual use, designed for those who do not own a business. Couples must register individually.
