On March 15th, Borton Travel will confirm with Community Ed if the trip has enough participants to go and all participants will be notified to make final payment. Once the trip is confirmed, the remainder of the full and final payment is due to Community Education. In the event the tour does not reach the minimum number, the tour will be cancelled, and no monies will be collected by Borton Overseas from Community Education. Your $500 deposit would be refunded by Community Education.
Once the reservation due date arrives and the trip is confirmed, the trip becomes fully non-refundable by Borton Overseas. Travel insurance is recommended. A link to purchase this plan will be emailed to you at the time of trip confirmation. This is optional but highly recommended.
