Who: Grades 9-12* (Session Capacity – 75 athletes)
**Advanced Football open to future Varsity Football Participants until capacity is reached**
This 4-day training program will begin each session with speed technique mastery and efficiency, maximum acceleration and top speed velocity, and game-like reactive agility movement, followed by a 45-60 minute power and explosive strength training session. All RSP sessions are led by ETS personnel and WHS coaches. Participants will receive a T-shirt.

**Speed Academy open to athletes ages 11+ of all athletes until 50 athletes/session is reached**
This 2-Day training program will focus on speed technique mastery and efficiency, maximum acceleration and top speed velocity, and game-like reactive agility movement. Session will conclude with relative body weight strength movements, plyometrics, and core training. All RSP sessions are led by ETS personnel and WHS coaches. Participants will receive a T-shirt.
