Receive a recipe booklet filled with class recipes, make ahead tips and gift-giving ideas. Master deep fried Rosettes - those exceeding fragile Scandinavian delicacies dusted with confectioner's sugar. With many tips and techniques that will make your baking a success! Please bring a container large enough to hold 50 cookies to take home. Food costs are included in the class fee.
LAUREL SEVERSON is a home economist with over 20 years in commercial food service, recipe testing and editing. She lived in England for several years, is an avid cookbook collector, and has taught for several districts in the Twin Cities.
