SoWashCo Online offers part or full-time online learning experience for students in grades 9-12.
Looking for stronger shoulders & arms? Want a more toned core? This class will do just that. Using body weight and dumb bells you will tone everything from your hips up! Arms and abs will start with a short cardio warm up, move into a wide variety of exercises concentrating on arm, shoulders and abs including light cardio segments, and end with a cool down. Come! Work on getting amazing arms and fabulous abs.
Please bring your own dumb bells (suggested 3-15 lbs depending on fitness level) and a mat for this workout.
T Salmonson will not be able to teach in person on Sept 10 or Oct 8, will offer a previously recorded class to be emailed. Registration fee will be adjusted.
There may be times when this class is offered earlier and recorded to be shared with those who are not able to attend, so that class will not have to be cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.

T SALMONSON holds certifications through NETA in personal training and group fitness instruction. Experienced in teaching Tabata, Arms and Abs, Chisel and Boot Camp, she believes that exercise should be fun! T has many modifications for the beginners and challenges for those who are more advanced. Classes taught by T will be challenging but doable. Time will fly by. Participants cheer each other on while exercising and reducing stress. Laughter happens during t’s classes. T’s classes are judgment free and welcoming to all.
