Youth/Elementary School:
This class is designed for girls (in elementary schools) who are interested in or new to wrestling. We will focus on an intro to wrestling including different positions, scoring, and what to expect for their first youth tournament. We will have a couple of high school varsity girl wrestlers help during the two sessions. Please wear t-shirt, shorts or sweatpants, socks and wrestling shoes (if available). A water bottle is strongly recommended.
Tuesday/Thursday (5:00-5:50pm) - Nov. 4 and 6 (Course # C212 - $15) For grades 1-5
Middle School and High School:
This class is designed for girls (in Middle School and/or High School) who are interested in or new to wrestling. We will focus on an intro to wrestling including different positions, scoring, and what to expect during practice and dual meets. We will have a couple of high school varsity girl wrestlers help during the two sessions. Please wear t-shirt, shorts or sweatpants, socks and wrestling shoes (if available).
