Board & Brush Woodbury is a BYOB establishment. At Board & Brush Creative Studio, their goal is to turn you into a “DIY master” by educating you to understand and appreciate the beauty of raw materials—the wood, the knots, the color variations and the simple imperfections that will make your project unique. Distressing, sanding with the grain, and staining are a few of the important steps we will guide you through to make your personalized wood sign look as though it has been with you for years—like a vintage heirloom.
Hone your own passion for décor & DIY projects; receive the tools & direction and meet new friends while you create. Class will be held at Woodbury Board & Brush, 2230 Eagle Creek Lane.
Amber and Pat are excited to take on a new adventure with Board & Brush! Amber was an International Business major at the University of Minnesota - Moorhead and Patrick studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Minnesota - Duluth. Patrick has always been more of the handy man and DIYer of the two, but both of them were immediately drawn to the opportunity to work together and feed off each other’s strengths for a successful next chapter in their lives. Amber and Pat love to keep busy, so as their boys have grown and needed them less and less, they were looking for a new way to direct those creative energies and to meet new people. When they stumbled upon Board & Brush Woodbury, they immediately knew it was a perfect fit!
Amber and Pat have two sons, Noah and Brayden, plus two dogs, Gunnar and Hudson. Travel, food, and good times with friends and family are a few of their favorite things…always with a good laugh involved!
