The menopause transition is more than just hot flashes and weight gain. Join Coach K for an online discussion on the different stages and symptoms of the menopause transition and lifestyle and hormonal options to manage them. In week one, you’ll learn what is happening and why, what testing is available, and what they really mean when they say, “balancing your hormones.” Week two will focus on the top five most common symptoms and their common triggers. Finally, in week three, you’ll learn all the options to manage symptoms, including lifestyle changes and the pros and cons of the many options for menopause hormone therapy available today.
Coach “K” is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach with additional specialty certifications in nutrition, women’s health, and menopause coaching.
