SoWashCo Online offers part or full-time online learning experience for students in grades 9-12.
A recorded-only class will be sent to you each week via email to watch and practice at your convenience. It will be similar to the online class, but with no Live Zoom meeting to join. This class is a flow-style yoga class, using poses to warm up the body and match breath to movement. It provides opportunities for strengthening and stretching. Many modifications are offered so you can tailor the practice to your own body. It is recommended that you have some previous yoga experience, only because you are practicing at home on your own. Use a yoga mat. Yoga blocks are also recommended but not required.
Participants will receive a recording of the current Online Yoga Level 1 class, for that week, on or by Tuesday afternoon.
Recordings are typically available for 2 weeks or so after you receive them and you can view them more than once.
No recording available for the week of September 24.
