Wellness Book Club

Adult Classes and Activities / Feel Great -
Winter 2025

If you love reading self-improvement books and wish you had a space to discuss and implement what you’ve learned, then our Wellness Book Club is for you! Each month, we'll explore a different wellness topic through a thought-provoking book, diving deep into the core messages and practical advice it offers.

Led by a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach with expertise in behavior change, our club aims to help you translate the lessons from each book into meaningful actions in your daily life. Whether you join us for one session or every month, you'll be part of a supportive community focused on growth and transformation.

Here are the books:

  • February - The Comfort Crisis by Michael Easter
  • March - Good Energy by Casey Mean
  • April - Breath by James Nestor
  • May - In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan

Details:

  • Meeting Frequency: Once a month, for one hour each session
  • Free to attend (Book not included.)
  • Join Us: Embark on a journey of learning, sharing, and applying wellness strategies that can truly impact your life!

Check your local library or ask them about the MNLINK interlibrary loan option. Come be part of a community where your journey to personal growth and well-being is supported and celebrated. Join us to make meaningful changes and connect with others on the same path!
