Tabata - Interval Training

Tabata is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results quickly. Four minute sequences are broken into 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest. These classes will be held online. Plan to receive the Zoom link prior to the start date.

T SALMONSON holds certifications through NETA in personal training and group fitness instruction. Experienced in teaching Tabata, Arms and Abs, Chisel and Boot Camp, she believes that exercise should be fun! T has many modifications for the beginners and challenges for those who are more advanced. Classes taught by T will be challenging but doable. Time will fly by. Participants cheer each other on while exercising and reducing stress. Laughter happens during t’s classes. T’s classes are judgment free and welcoming to all.
