Fondue Fun!


Adult Classes and Activities / Cook -
Spring 2025

We'll create fondues from around the world: Traditional Cheese, Classic Swiss Cheese, Beef Bourguignonne, Crab, Bleu Cheese and Tempura. Of course, we'll dunk delectable tidbits of fruit, cake or brownies in wonderful dessert fondues - Flavored Chocolates fondue plus Butterscotch fondue. And we will make a variety of sauces and dips to round out the menu so you can plan your own fondue party with family and friends.  No discounts.

Laurel Severson

LAUREL SEVERSON is a home economist with over 20 years in commercial food service, recipe testing and editing. She lived in England for several years, is an avid cookbook collector, and has taught for several districts in the Twin Cities.
