Are you pregnant and wondering how to prepare yourself (and your partner) for a smoother birth and recovery? Join Dr. Hannah Strom, a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and owner of Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness, for this empowering 90-minute Birth Prep Class.
This interactive class is designed for anyone in their 2nd trimester or beyond and their chosen birth partner (spouse, friend, or family member). You’ll gain practical tools, expert guidance, and hands-on practice to feel more confident and prepared for your unique birthing experience and postpartum recovery.

- Breathing & Pushing:Master breathing techniques to optimize pushing during delivery.

- Postpartum Recovery:Get clear timelines for healing, safe exercise, and intimacy.

Hannah Strom
Dr. Hannah Strom is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist in Woodbury, MN and owns a small physical therapy clinic called Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness. She specializes in helping women and men with pelvic floor conditions such as urinary leaking, pelvic pain, prolapse, abdominal separation, low back pain, and hip pain. Hannah also specializes in helping women prepare for their birth and heal their pelvic floor and core after giving birth. Hannah is passionate about providing high quality and collaborative physical therapy care to help her patients meet their goals.
