Gymnastics MAGA Team Advanced Bar
Advanced Bar class is open to current MAGA gymnasts who would like to spend extra time working on bar skill upgrades. To join this class, gymnasts must have a straight arm kip. Students must have the desire to work on the strength and drills necessary for the following bar skills: cast handstand, kip-cast handstand, giants, handstand pirouetting, and straddle cuts. For best results, students should attend this class through multiple sessions.
