    30 minute Private Lessons (String, piano, voice, etc.) with Michelle Dunkirk Summer Session

    Summer session lessons will be held in person at Red Rock on Tuesdays and Wednesdays beginning in June and run through August. Michelle Dunkirk is a certified and licensed music instructor with over 20 years experience.She received her Bachelors of Music on a full vocal scholarship at the U of E, Indiana, majoring in string technique, piano and voice and has played in orchestras for over 14 years including the U of M Concert Orchestra, Minnesota Opera and has also studied with the teachers of the Julliard School of Music. Her experience also includes several years of playing in dozens of bands, performing solo and in ensembles locally and internationally.She's performed on the acoustic and electric violin, guitar, mandolin, drums, flute, keyboards and lead vocals. Dunkirk was former CEO and owner of Total Music Systems rental and recording studio which rents music equipment to national recording artists in major entertainment venues. She also spent six years as orchestra director at the Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson, Wisc. Michelle has produced and recorded three CD's of original music, one of which was nominated for a music award.She has recently completed recording a commercial for RedLine hockey sticks where she wrote, produced and performed the music. Besides all of her accomplishments, Michelle's true passion is teaching music. She works best with students who have some previous music experience.

With romance in mind, the two follow a duo of beautiful singing sisters en route to their Christmas show at a Vermont lodge, which just happens to be owned by Bob and Phil’s former army commander. With a dazzling score featuring well-known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love A Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and the perennial title song, White Christmas is an uplifting musical sure to bring delight.
