During this 90-minute session, LuLu combines trauma-informed breathwork with mindfulness practices to help you release deep-seated stress, trapped emotions, and past trauma.
Lulu’s sessions are carefully designed to create a safe and supportive environment, allowing participants to release trauma, promote emotional healing, and regulate their nervous systems. This guided practice supports nervous system regulation, fosters a sense of peace, and helps you let go of what no longer serves you. Join us to discover how mindful breathing can become a transformative tool on your healing journey.
By integrating mindfulness and controlled breathing techniques, you’ll access a state of non-ordinary consciousness that promotes emotional healing and builds resilience. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and eye masks (if preferred).
LuLu Song has been a proud Washington county resident since 2022. Her journey into breathwork began with her own quest for healing at a meditation retreat center in Thailand. Realizing the profound impact of breathwork, she immersed herself in rigorous training starting in 2022 and completed a trauma-informed certification program last year. Lulu has been serving the metro area since the fall of 2023.
