You will select special COE glass, hand cut and design your own plate or bowl. There will be lots of different types of colors and nuggets to make something special. Make your piece of art at class and pick up your treasures a week later at the District Program Center. Practicing and teaching Artistry and Yoga for over 35 years. Studied with YogaFit International and graduated with a 200 RYT in 2020. Teaches Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Kids Creativity Yoga, Chair and Chair Assist, and Mat Yoga. All skill levels from Gentle to Power Yoga using music and sound.
