Although Catherine White does not have fancy culinary training or extensive restaurant experience, she loves being in the kitchen and has a Cottage License. If you count the time she made her very first peanut butter and jelly sandwich she has been in the kitchen creating, since she was five years old. Cooking is a part of life, and whether it's simple or challenging, "Do it with love and you'll never do it wrong." is her motto. Catherine has taught a wide range of cooking classes through St. Paul Community Education and is happy to bring her favorites to South Wash.
