Training Team
The Training Team Program is designed for young girls who aspire to join our competitive team in the future. Gymnasts will benefit from pre-team training by our emphasis on strength building and essential techniques needed for higher levels of gymnastics & competition. These gymnasts will compete 3 times a year at our home competitions. Practice is required 2-3 times a week.
