Ready to make some real progress? Personal goal setting within an accountability group may just be the key! Start by determining 3 goals you would like to work on during the 6 week class. We will divide into teams and use the power of SMART goals/action steps and techniques to accomplish goals during the 6 week class. Each person will pick a buddy to support them during the week and share progress. Team members will record data weekly and the winning team will receive a prize during the last class. This is a unique opportunity to work together and support each other to achieve any goal, whether it's organizing an office, pursuing health and wellness goals or taking steps to improve a relationship. We will focus on Neuroscience and how the brain processes change and work through several block techniques as they arise among class members.
