Have you found your person?! In the middle of all of the excitement, have you made plans yet for any premarital counseling? If not, this course is for you! In just 2 sessions, you'll increase your awareness of strengths and areas of growth in your relationship. You'll build skills around communication and conflict management, and understand the key elements of a healthy relationship. In session one, you'll find out how to log on and purchase your Prepare/Enrich materials. You will want to take time between classes to complete the assessment so that you have personalized information for week 2. The Prepare/Enrichment materials cost about $35 and are highly recommended though not required.
Beth Lanis Zelada is a licensed therapist and drug and alcohol counselor. She specializes in treating PTSD and addictions. Beth is passionate about teaching everyone she works with to connect with their intuition and self-compassion to build a better relationship with themselves. She hopes to make mental health and general emotional well-being awareness more accessible to the community.
