These appetizers are jam-packed with flavors from around the world and can be a quick way to incorporate leftovers into something new and fun to eat. Make a variety of egg rolls, samosas and dipping sauces in class. The food costs are included in your class fee. Designed for one adult and one child, ages 6 to 15.

With experience teaching Community Education classes in Minnesota and Wisconsin, leading workshops across the Midwest and Southwest (in-person and virtually), and appearing on local TV such as CBS and Fox, Chef Mimi’s diverse repertoire spans Ethiopian/Eritrean, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Brazilian, and Southern cuisine, inspiring students to explore global flavors.
