Pre-Team will mainly focus on technique and strength. Both of these skills are critical in the sport of gymnastics to learn higher level skills in a proper and safe way. This is a new class offering and we strive to better prepare our gymnasts for the competitive team with this transitional recreation to competitive class.
Pre-Team is a year round commitment meeting 2-2.25 practice times, twice a week.
