East Ridge Competition Cheer - Open Gym Clinic:
Open Gyms are available for athletes wanting to work on their skills before tryouts. We will work on stunts, jumps, tumbling, motions, and learn some material. Open Gyms are not required, but are highly recommended for anyone trying out for the 2026-2027 season. Athletes going into 7-12th grade are eligible to attend all sessions, while incoming 5th and 6th graders are eligible to attend Mondays only (course # C398).
