Acro for Dancers/Cheerleaders
This class is for dancers and cheerleaders who would like to increase their acro and tumbling skills. Cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, aerials, etc depending on skill level of each gymnast. Students will practice on our spring floor, rod floor, and tumble trak (long trampoline).
