KidStrong programming is specially designed by child development experts to improve kids’ emotional, mental and physical skills. They will be participating in a KidStrong class which involves obstacle courses, running, climbing, playing games involving teamwork and working together. There will also be time for kids to explore the equipment and play with the pickler triangles, monkey bars, climbing boxes, ramps, and all the other equipment. Children must able to walk to participate. A parent or guardian will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival. Children must be registered and be accompanied by a registered adult. Everyone attending must be registered, including parents and guardians.
