This class will focus on pork ribs to create memorable meals. Each class will feature classroom instruction as well as hands on experience related to the following: Meat selection: Choosing the best cuts of meat for cooking, grilling, or smoking, Meat trimming and prep. Seasoning: Injections, Marinades, Rubs, Sauces Best methods of grilling, smoking, or cooking your meat selection. Best choices of cooking fuel, temperatures, and meat placement on the grill or smoker. Finishing: Those little touches that make it special and DELICIOUS! Tools and equipment: The items that make the job much easier. At each class we will prepare and COOK, SMOKE, and GRILL on site. Plan to taste the results! Please wear appropriate clothes for the class. BBQ can be messy, and this is a hands-on class. Don't forget to bring a notepad and a cooler too.
