Tabata - Interval TrainingFitnessTabata is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results quickly. Four minute sequences are broken into 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest. These classes will be held online. Plan to receive the Zoom link prior to the start date.Spring 2025
