  • 30/30 Zumba (Includes Zumba Toning) - Wednesday Nights

    Join us for this hybrid class that combines 30 minutes of Zumba® Fitness followed by 30 minutes of Zumba Toning. It features dance-fitness movements inspired by Latin, international and pop/hip hop music meant to get your heart rate up and warm up your muscles. Then, Zumba Toning incorporates weighted toning sticks or light hand weights (no more than 3 lbs each) to your Zumba workout. They function like dumbbells and act as resistance weights to help you tone and sculpt your muscles. Note: You must provide your own weights/toning sticks for class.

    Create a wand and magical pendant using TinkerCAD while learning 3D design skills. They'll also do fun Harry Potter-inspired challenges and create themed video games while waiting for the prints to finish. Student-designed pendants will be printed and sent home.   • 3D Printing: Product Development & Fabrication

    This camp is a hands-on product design class emphasizing creative thinking and problem-solving. Students will explore options to find, modify, and prepare 3D files to be brought to life using a 3D printer. By the end of this course, students will become familiar with the workflow and terminology of digital fabrication. We begin learning by designing and printing functional fishing lures, then continue solving design challenges.

    Students will design 3D objects using TinkerCAD and use the 3D slicing program Cura to bring their creations to life. We will be designing a droid. Create fun designs to complete different out of this world CAD challenges and create themed video games while waiting for models to print. Two 3D models will be printed to bring home.   • Abrakadoodle Sharks and Sea Creatures

    Make a big splash and dive in. Learn about Sharks and other creatures who live under the sea. We’ll use our imagination to sculpt crazy sea creatures, and create translucent jelly fish and scary sharks. Join us for a fun one day camp.
  • Abrakadoodle – Art Experiments Camp

    In this camp we will have fun using art materials and science to create some cool special effects. We’ll investigate the world of art and science. We’ll experiment with tinfoil, shaving cream, glow in the dark paint, chalk, glue, salt and watercolor to make interesting and colorful creations. We’ll make cupcakes on canvas with puffy shaving cream frosting, make art that glows, try our hand at foil embossing and more in this in this camp of art experiments.

    Explore your imagination this summer with this camp featuring some of our favorite Abrakadoodle projects. Paint with fish, make sand art, create a jumping frog, paint a colorful canvas, make egg carton animals and more. Create amazing pieces of art. It is sure to be a good time.
  • Abrakadoodle – “I Love Art” Camp

    For kids that just want to have fun making super cool creations! A camp filled with fabulous art projects. We'll make a paper mache puppy, learn to draw a loon, weave on paper plates, paint a colorful canvas, sculpt a llama and more. This camp is sure to fill quickly.
  • Adult 50+ Monthly Birthday Bash

    We want to celebrate our members' birthdays! Come and enjoy a low cost lunch while celebrating all the members with birthdays for that month. Lunch will vary. If it is your birthday that month you'll get free admission. We encourage our birthday members to bring a fun item for "show and tell". We will have a time to share a story, photo, keepsake item or something fun about yourself. Registration is required so we get enough food. Registration will close one week prior to the birthday bash celebration. A Birthday Bash meal is FREE for Center Members celebrating a birthday during the month. You must call or register online to reserve your birthday meal. Non-birthday-month members pay $10. Non-members pay $12.

    This course for ages 8-14 is for children who have progressed from the Intermediate 2 course in our program, students can swim front crawl and elementary backstroke 25 yards, swim breaststroke, butterfly, back crawl and sidestroke for 15 yards. Registration ends online 72 hours in advance. Thereafter a late fee of $5.00 is added to the registration fee. Please call 425-6600 for class availability after online registration ends. Late registrations are taken at the pool for any available class for the first two lessons. Please note the entrance to the Community Pool is in our Staff Parking Lot, just off 3rd Street, in St. Paul Park (around the corner from the Nuevas Fronteras Spanish Immersion main entrance). The Community Pool entrance with be straight ahead and to your left when entering the staff parking lot.
  • Advantage ACT Prep Course Summer

    www.AdvantagePrep.net For the past 26 years, Advantage Educational Programs has benefited thousands of students in Minnesota by preparing them for the college entrance exams.Beginning soon, the Advantage will once again present its ACT Preparatory Course in more than forty high schools in Minneapolis/St. Paul and the surrounding area. These courses are designed for students who wish to improve their test-taking skills and improve their overall scores on the college entrance exams. Since 1988, on average, students who finish the course increase their scores significantly on the ACT (36 pt. total). The Advantage will provide an introduction to the ACT format with strategies for answering questions, as well as instruction for the specific subject areas tested.     Afton Apple Orchard Tour Event #: FT1 When: Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 10:00 am Cost: $15 per child and $15 per adult (separate registration required) Cost includes admission and transportation. Age: All Ages Deadline to Register: September 23, 2025 Join ECFE as we take a tour of the Afton Apple Orchard. Children and parents will experience a hayride to the orchard and learn about how apples grow. Children will be able to experience apple picking and sample apple cider. There is a very large playground and a petting farm for children to enjoy after the tour. Children must be registered and be accompanied by a registered adult.     Babies, Babies, Babies - Non-Separating Classes By the time your baby is 3 months old, they have made a dramatic transformation from a totally dependent newborn to an active and responsive infant. In this class you will connect with other families with babies from Birth-12 months. You will be able to participate in activities that support your baby's development, ask questions, and share ideas on feeding, sleeping and so much more.
