Offered year round on a monthly basis Swim Training offers ages 10-adult the opportunity to have a consistent fitness program. Whether you are a student that wants to keep in shape between competitive seasons, gain strength to get on a swim team or an adult looking for that old workout you use to get in high school, this is the course for you. Each meeting will have a designated workout according to your ability. Your coach will cover a different topic each meeting day to help you improve in starts, turns or stroke development. Participants are divided into three levels of ability. As you become faster you will move on to a different lane. Participants will follow a circle swimming pattern in the lane they are assigned. 3-6 participants are assigned per lane depending on registration. Registration ends one week in advance.
